Company info

We've been coming to South Africa since the 1970's. Our sports travel business was the biggest in its market to South Africa. We first bought a home here in 2002 and purchased the farm in 2010. We opened our home to guests in 2016 and have received excellent reviews from everybody. Our guests love the peace and quiet which you think has been invaded if an aircraft flies high in the sky. The children love the open spaces. The adults love the wine. Everybody loves Natalie, our housekeeper, who has been running the house for 13 years. And, then, there is the sky at night. It never ceases to fascinate us very time we come here, which is three times a year. We hope you have a wonderful stay in our South African home and enjoy it as much as our extended family does. Doran Vineyards is situated just off Route 45 on the Swartland borders, about 14 km from Wellington, 15 km from Paarl, and 77 km from Cape Town CBD. We look forward to introducing you to our growing portfolio of award-winning premium wines. We offer accommodation on our farm in the luxurious self-catering Manor House, our Winemakers Cottage, and Incipio Suite. Here, we invite you to relax and rejuvenate in this tranquil environment whilst enjoying excellent wines from our renowned boutique winery. The farm is in excess of 400 acres with vines, cattle and sheep.
