We have 3 very different cottages, they are about 200m apart thus making each one private. Each has its own private pool, patio and barbeque area. Children are allowed in The Stables and The Vineyard and have lots of space to run around in, therefore popular with families. The scenery is different from each cottage, but each one is spectacular. This is a working farm, growing Shiraz grapes and olives.

My name is Joan and manage the property. I live on the property in the Big House with my 2 dogs. They are kept within my private garden, so will not interfere with guests unless they wish to meet them. Hannie and Estelle are the housekeepers who will clean your cottage daily and Pierre and Happy are the groundsmen who look after the gardens and clean the 4 swimming pools on the farm.

Franschhoek is famous for its restaurants. So you can eat out for weeks, never repeating the same restaurant! We also have wine farms that are open for wine tasting and some of them offer pairing with olive oil or chocolates. There are walks in the surrounding mountains and new mountain bike cycling tracks are being laid out around the Berg River Dam, just outside the village. The scenery is spectacular and you need time to just sit outside your cottage (with a glass of wine) and admire it all.
