The new owners, Gabriella and Stephen and their daughter are true nature and animal lovers, passionate environmentalists and are fulfilling a long standing dream, to live away from the city, and embrace farm life. We are so blessed to have been able to take over the very unique Frog Mountain farm, which is such an exquisitely beautiful place. It has something for everyone. Our big plans for Frog Mountain which are already underway, include: Renovations, improvements to all the accommodation and farm in general, environmental biodiversity conservation rehabilitation project, fully organic veggie and fruit garden to supply the farm and the local organic market, recycling and composting project to take the farm to as environmentally/eco friendly and waste-free as we can, regenerative farming with our Nguni cattle etc...and so much more. We pride ourselves in offering you the most delightful stay we can, with so many special touches to make your holiday a memorable one!

Nestled in a secluded emerald green valley, tucked away at the end of a farm road, we are on the beautiful Buffeljags River and literally touching the mountain. Peaceful nature lover's paradise, with abundant animal and bird-life. Perfect place for kids to be free-range and experience the wonder of nature up close and personal, away from devices. We have a gorgeous variety of private self-catering accommodation to host small or large groups. We go out of our way in all our cottages, adding fresh flowers, tea tray with home baked rusks, luxurious 100% cotton bedding, fluffy fleece blankets, sharp cutting knives, wood, kindling and all the little touches that make self-catering more pleasurable. Activities include: Walks, hikes, canoeing, catch and release fishing, foefie-slide, waterfall and rock pools, pristine nature, swimming pool, communal braai area, children's play area, Nguni cattle, horses and donkeys.
