While located within the estate, we are not involved in the management or operation of estate facilities. From time to time, the estate may carry out unplanned maintenance, upgrades, or repairs. Unfortunately, these are beyond our control, and we are not always notified in advance. As a result, certain facilities (including swimming pools, clubhouse areas, or other amenities) may be unavailable during your stay. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but we cannot be held responsible for such occurrences. Access to certain estate facilities, including swimming pools, is subject to estate rules. Biometric access is only granted to guests staying for 4 nights or longer. Please also note that biometric enrollment for pool access can only be completed during office hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. The office is closed on weekends and public holidays, and access cannot be arranged outside of these times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
