This luxurious sea facing apartment (141m²) offers panoramic views of False Bay and beyond to Cape Point. Watch the sun set over Table Mountain while you barbecue on the balcony. The unit has 3 Queen size beds. Main bedroom en-suite with walk-in shower and main bathroom with shower. All areas have vinyl flooring. The fully equipped designer kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine (client to buy own capsules/pods). The apartment is fitted with a washer/dryer. The lounge features a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and opens onto a balcony. There is an Aircon in die Lounge/Diningroom area. Prepaid electricity partial for the client's own cost, depending on usage.

Hibernian Towers is 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and 30 minutes from the City Centre. It is close to the prestigious Stellenbosch wine farms, wineries, golf courses and shopping malls. Hermanus and the whale route are 60 minutes away.
