A Heritage building from 1960 that combines classic charm with newly renovated modern interior is a rare gem. Plus being within walking distance of Paarl Boys High and Paarl Girls High makes it ideal for families. Beautiful vista with mountain view as you are in Paarl. There is few stairs in the common property hallway leading up die the apartment door.
