House 10-on-SEA is a self-catering holiday house in the Hermanus Beach Club (HBC) that is wonderfully positioned for guests to relax within metres of the ocean. The HBC is a secure complex located close to the new harbour and only 5 minutes from the centre of town. The house is full of character and comfortably furnished, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a spacious main bedroom boasting a king size XL bed. There is a washing machine located in one of the bedrooms for guest use. The fully-equipped kitchen is open-plan with an island worktop, plenty of cupboard space, and includes a fridge, built-in oven and hob, microwave oven, and dishwasher; and a separate dining room. The carpeted sitting room has comfortable couches, with a free-standing fireplace. There is free WiFi (fibre line with download/upload speeds of 60Mbps/30Mbps), with Netflix and streaming options. To assist during periods of loadshedding (interrupted electricity supply), the WiFi router is connected to a UPS, enabling uninterrupted power supply for cell phone and laptop use, but not TV. A 'Loadshedding Box' is also provided which contains gas lamps and a gas cooker. In addition, rechargeable LED lamps are available when loadshedding occurs at night. The sheltered and covered courtyard is equipped with an 8-seater cast aluminium garden patio set, and outside built-in braai where guests can cook a meal whilst listening to the sound of the ocean. The Hermanus Beach Club has many facilities available to guests, including a communal swimming pool, games room, putt-putt course, tennis courts and a squash court.

David & Andri Tucker started holiday rentals with the property in February 2018, under the name of House 10onSea. Herrmanus is a special seaside town with so much to offer. We absolutely love spending time there ourselves whenever we can, and are always discovering new places to visit. While sitting on the patio of House10onSea, we bask in the ocean view and the smell of the sea air! As hosts, we have endeavoured to create a warm and inviting 'home away from home' for the comfort of our guests.
