Welcome to Lily's Pad — a newly renovated bachelor apartment made for a comfortable, easy stay. The open-plan living area features a cozy double bed, lounge chairs, and a well-stocked kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, microwave, induction plate, kettle, and toaster, plus all the cutlery and crockery you'll need. It's the perfect fit for couples after a relaxing retreat or business travelers who want a convenient, comfortable space to settle into. The Space: Tucked into a quiet, securely walled and gated property, the studio sits within a flatlet attached to the garage, alongside the main house. You'll have parking space for up to two cars in the driveway. The location puts you close to the Durbanville Hills Wine Route, with the nearest wine farm just 4 km away, plus easy access to hospitals and restaurants — and the beach is about 25 km away for a day trip out. Guest Access: Check-in is self-service via a lockbox, so you can settle in on your own schedule. Please note that the motor gate does not close automatically — make sure it closes securely behind you. Other things to note: Please be aware that the host has a friendly German Shepherd named Lily living on the property. She may greet you with a bark when you arrive, so don't be startled — she's not aggressive and won't bark excessively or at night unless there's a specific reason. Please note that the swimming pool and garden are part of the main house and are not available for guest use. Please refrain from smoking in the studio; there's a designated outdoor smoking area for guests. For longer stays, linen and towels are changed once a week. There's no washing machine in the studio, but several laundromats are nearby.
