A very unique property with captivating ambiance on two levels. New York/industrial style. Large open-plan living areas and a completely private and secluded deck on the second level. The property offers four living areas including and indoor barbeque (wood or charcoal) and bar area. Table Mountain views in an established neighborhood, centrally located.
The hostess lives on-site, but her quarters are completely separate and not visible to guests. She is attentive and willing to assist in real time.
