Indoor fireplace/braai for windy days and fireplace for those chilly rainy ones. Entertainers dream. Large dining/Lounge area for social interaction's. Perfect holiday home. We have you covered during power outages. All essentials will run off ther inverter system

The Sandy Point developments are positioned on either side of the fishing harbour offering unique and uninterrupted views of the local scenery and surrounds. St Helena Bay is a active fishing town. With 3 of Access to the Beach Estate is done in various ways. On public holidays and weekends. Either the Host will call the gate to open it. or once you have entered the estate you will be given a tag for remote access. There is parking In the garage for 1 vehicle as well as 1 parking bay outside on the driveway for another vehicle.
