Eight beautifull furnished apartments reserved on the 10th floor of our brand new refurbished New Boston building, in the heart of Bellville. Apartments are all reached by elevator. Building offer all the amenities one could possibly desire. The building is extremely secure and is in close proximity to numerous commercial, educational and public service hubs, wine farms etc 23km drive to Cape Town V&A Waterfront 3,9km drive to Willow Bridge & Tygerberg Shopping Centres 13km drive to Cape Town International Airport -Ground floor has a Brand New Spar Supermarket, offering ready made eats coffees and everything else you might need to buy should you wish to cook your own meals. Also offer a Tops Liquor store offering an extended range of wines & liquors. Included -High speed Wi-fi -Laundry facilities -Free secured Parking -24 hour Security -Electricity and Water
