This modern, newly renovated apartment is 28km from Cape Town International Airport. It has 2 en-suite bedrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding mountains, even Table Mountain can be seen on a clear day! The building is just across the street from the beach and close to wine farms, golf courses, waterparks and shopping malls. It is walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops along the Beach Road. The apartment is fully furnished for that 'home away from home' feel. It has free fibre internet and a Netflix subscription for your viewing and browsing pleasure. The perfect location for self-catering couples, solo adventurers, long-term tenants and families with kids!
