Double farm doors open out from the lounge to the veranda, inviting the fresh Klein Karoo air inside. Outside, you'll find a shaded seating area under a “latte” (lath) roof and a seasonal grapevine, along with a built-in braai — perfect for slow, al fresco meals under the stars. The full bathroom sits between the living space and the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a comfy reading chair. On the outskirts of this small village are many hiking and biking trails, and a 14 kilometre drive takes you to the top of the mountain - the village is surrounded by and in a cul-de-sac of mountains. There are tiny grocery shops in the village. Robertson is fifteen minutes away for large grocery stores, hotels, restaurants, hospitals with wine farms all around.
