• Our home is a comfortable and cozy place where you can relax and enjoy your stay. • A picturesque, waterfront view of the Marina. • Lies between Laaiplek and Velddrif. • It is within walking distance of three or more convenient stores. • Surrounding Restaurants and bars (walking distance) • There are many outdoor activities available in the area. • Access to the sea and Berg River. • Great for fish and boat lovers. • We welcome anyone from anywhere. The space • Picturesque view of the Marina • Porch is about 3m away from the water for you to access by jetty • A jetty available • Handpicked and personalised decor • Peaceful and cozy This home has 3 bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has an en-site bathroom with toilet and shower, also a balcony overlooking the Marina. Secondary bathroom on the first floor with shower, bath and toilet. Guest toilet is situated on the ground floor. There is also a loft with 2 single beds and big spacious balcony overlooking the Marina.
