Elegant two-bedroom apartment nestled on the banks of the Eerste River in picturesque Stellenbosch. Enjoy a fully appointed separate kitchen, separate small kitchenette, a full sleek private bathroom with a modern walk-in shower and bathtub with premium amenities. A modern smaller second bathroom with shower and toilet also included. Large lounge with flat screen TV. Located close to the town centre (2 km), with easy access on foot via a well-maintained path.

I am an avid trail Runner, Mountain biker and know the area and all the trails very well. I am also very familiar with all activities in and around Stellenbosch, including wine tasting venues.

An upmarket and safe neighbourhood with 24 hour security including electric fencing surrounding the property, that is linked to a private security company.
