The house offers a spacious, open plan kitchen/dining/living space. Cozy up around the indoor braai fireplace or get together and grill your favourite meats for a great family dinner. In the living area, enjoy the 55-inch 4K Smart TV with soundbar, or open up the patio doors which lead into the large, fenced garden with stunning mountain views. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances and all the utensils you could need. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Enjoy meals at the large dining table, or have a quick bite to eat at the breakfast bar. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one twin room, each containing a wardrobe and side table. The private driveway is gated and offers space for up to 3 vehicles. There is a beautiful, family-friendly white sand beach, with turquoise waters and a promenade for a leisurely stroll. Here you will witness the most spectacular sunsets you've ever seen. Bikini beach enjoys blue flag status and is the hangout spot for young and trendy visitors. The picturesque Clarence Drive, joining Gordon’s Bay to Rooi Els is one of the most scenic coastal routes in the world and well worth the drive. Gordon’s Bay is about slowing down, skipping the crowds, and spending quality time exploring one of the best-kept secrets of the Western Cape. Nearby, Strand offers a 5km beach, reputedly one of the safest bathing areas in the country, and has a designated surfing area, with waves suitable for beginners. Strand offers plenty of leisure facilities.
