Oppitippi is surrounded by spectacular natural beauty that can be enjoyed without leaving the house. With the Kleinmond mountains as a backdrop and the rolling ocean literally on your doorstep, whales and dolphins can be spotted right from the deck. Klienmond is a gateway to the Garden Route and to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Western Cape, as well as being a hikers paradise and a golfers dream. The house has been recently renovated to ensure your stay is a restful experience.

My name is Nancy, I've been going to Kleinmond on holiday for over 20 years. My kids have grown up playing on the beaches and hiking the mountains that surround Kleinmond. It is my desire to share this natural beauty with others. We would love to welcome you to our home for a restful break.

Kleinmond itself is known for its beaches and hiking trails with the Kogelberg Nature Reserve on our doorstep. The local harbour offers restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shops, pottery and an art gallery. Kleinmond is sandwiched between Betty's Bay, (which is known for its penguins and its botanical gardens) and Hermanus a popular holiday destination.
