SOLAR Powered trough out load shedding periods! Enjoy breath-taking mountain views from one of the two balconies or curl up next to the indoor fireplace in this spacious open-plan apartment. French doors lead to both balconies that overlook the garden and olive orchard where you can enjoy a barbecue in your own private space. This tastefully furnished with stylish en-suite bathrooms is yours to make home away from home, whilst you enjoy the picturesque winelands and elegant restaurants. Seven minutes walk to the center of town. Kindly note, NO UNAUTHORISED GUESTS are allowed on the property at all times, if not arranged with the Host on arrival or prior to arrival! Kindly note, ANY breakages have to be reported to Co-Host (Jan) immediately, who will be reviewed and Guests will be invoiced on check out! IMPORTANT - any late check-ins after 18:00, a special request have to be send to Co-Host 48 hours before arrival!

Neighborhood streets are monitored by CCTV camera. The apartment is situated down the road from Chamonix, Dieu Donne and Black Elephant vineyards. The TUK TUK shuttle is available for transfers in and around Franschhoek. The apartment is within walking distance of all shops and restaurants in town. There is a Wine tram available from the center of town for wine tours.
