Our private, well-equipped self-catering flatlet has a modern, sumptuous interior with high ceilings and large window areas. We provide a cooling fan, heaters, and electric blankets (in winter), plus 30 Mbps fibre wifi and a smart TV with Netflix. The private sliding-door entrance is accessed off the street via a spacious and private patio under a large and high roof (i.e., you have your own private entrance). A BBQ alcove is right next to the patio. There is free parking on the premises. The flatlet is 100 metres from the ocean and paved walkways stretch for many kilometres along the stunning clifftop edge of the ocean, where whales can be seen regularly in season. Top-class restaurants are between 4 and 7 km away. The area is very quiet, bordered by a large nature reserve that allows walks of many kilometres along the coastline. A true haven for travellers seeking rest and re-connection with nature.

The stretch of ocean facing De Kelders is one of the most beautiful in the world. Whales visit the bay on many months of the year, when they can be seen playing within a few hundred metres of the paved pathways lining the cliffs looking out to the northwest. De Kelders is a quiet neighbourhood, with everyone respecting the tranquility and serenity of the location. It is possible to go walking for hours on end along the unspoiled coastline forming part of the Walker Bay Nature Reserve.
