This is a newly upgraded, spacious and fully equipped self-catering holiday house, situated within the sought-after Shelley Point Golfing Estate on the West Coast with direct beach access, communal pool and unspoilt beaches. The house offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and generous living spaces, making it ideal for families, friends or couples travelling together. Whether you are visiting for a weekend break or a longer stay, the home provides everything you need for a comfortable and memorable holiday. Free wifi, DSTV enabled, indoor and outdoor fireplace, lots of board games to keep everyone entertained. Easy beach access. Secure backyard for kids to play in Guests have the whole place to themselves. Bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs with the main bedroom with an ensuite, dining room, lounge and kitchen upstairs. Brand new work surfaces in the kitchen makes it appealing. There is a convenient washing line for the hanging of washing, towels or wetsuits. Bedding and indoor use towels are available.

Many little stores to browse and nearby stores that can meet all your immediate needs. Located in a gated security estate. Easy trails for jogging and cycling. A wonderful coffee shop and club communal swimming pool in the estate. A nine hole golf course, tennis courts and beach volleyball. A putt-putt course and football 5's astroturf and kids playpark available for guests' use
