Shores Keep is a large double storey home in Sandbaai, Hermanus that is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, recuperating or hosting a business event. Electricity is backed up by solar panels and batteries and there is uncapped WIFI throughout. First Floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Ground floor also boasts a large studio with underfloor heating, which is rented out separately and hosts various functions such as art classes, yoga, retreats, etc which may be ongoing during the time of your stay. You can see whales and dolphins from the comfort of two large balconies private to the upstairs unit or swim in the pool. Gaze at the majestic mountains and spectacular display of colour in the sky at different times of the day. This vibrant home is made up of two storeys with a large entertainment area and kitchen upstairs. There are various bedroom options. The multi-functional workspace or games room on the ground floor also provides a dynamic space to suit your group’s needs and can be booked separately. The well laid out garden at the rear of the house is well protected from the wind and incorporates a swimming pool, wood-burning hot tub and outside entertainment area including a fire pit, braai (BBQ) and plenty of space to relax.

Your hosts Vin and Judy are often onsite and know the area well. They also have a network of experts to help you learn new skills or have the adventures you have always dreamt of – sailing, kiteboarding, surfing, horse riding, yoga and more. The venue is perfect to host any type of event from corporate strategy sessions, board meetings to art classes.

Sandbaai is a quieter part of Hermanus, but still very close to all the vibe and adventure that the region has to offer. The Sandbaai beach, rock pools and coastal path are a 5-minute walk away and Onrus beach is a 15-minute walk. Shops and restaurants are all within minutes too. The famous Hemel en Aarde Valley and all its award-winning wine farms are a short drive. The more touristic part of Hermanus with beaches, restaurants, shops, art galleries and more is a 10-minute drive. The Bot River Lagoon home to wild horses and prolific birdlife is 15 minutes away.
