Skoenlapper Holiday House is a lovely waterfront holiday home located on the canals of Port Owen, Velddrif. The house has a private jetty and enjoys easy access to the waterways of the marina and the Berg River. This double-story house is not affected by load shedding and comprises 5 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 10 guests or 8 adults and 2 children. There are 4 bedrooms furnished with a double bed each, while the fifth bedroom has a bunk bed to accommodate children or 2 adults on the bottom double bed. Two bedrooms each have an open-plan, en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and toilet. The other 2 shared bathrooms are fitted with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridge-freezers, a gas stove with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The dining table has ample seating. A separate living area features a TV and a comfy seating area. There are 2 built-in braai areas to enjoy during summer and winter. The house opens up onto a balcony and deck area with lovely views over the marina. Guests can enjoy boat cruises on the river, birdwatching, rowing along the canals, swimming at nearby beaches, and yacht cruises in the area.
