The Dome is perched on a deck cocooned by an indigenous forest with exquisite views over the valley. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the thriving bird life and the clearest night sky (binoculars & telescope provided). Guests can immerse themselves in the natural splendour that our farm has to offer with a private hiking trail as well. The Dome is segmented into 3 areas - a Queen sized bed looking out the expansive half circle window. Behind that, a small bathroom with toilet & basin (hot shower outside only) and a kitchenette with fridge and gas hob & all the necessities to make your stay convenient (no microwave). There is also a fire pit with braai grid for your exclusive use but STRICTLY no fires when breezy. Summer- It is important to note that due to the nature of the structure it does get very hot in the middle of the day & the aircon works well but we do still advise getting out to explore the beautiful surroundings. Winter -The clear window will form condensation drops when the temperature drops in the night time but during the day it will naturally clear again. Please use water sparingly (rain water only). We are off grid so there are no appliances with heating elements but there is hot water & a flushing toilet. The only shower is outside. NB: Parking is 50m from the Dome - steep walk down. please only book if physically able!

We are in the Farmlands and you will need a car, however a 4x4 is not required. Sedgefield is just a 12 min drive away and the garden route is full of amazing attractions within a short distance. NB: Parking is 50m from the Dome at the entrance to the farm and there is quite a steep walk down a forest path to the Deck where the Dome is situated, nestled amongst the fynbos and trees so we do not recommend booking if you are not physically able. ***check in between 2 and 6pm only NOT EASY TO FIND AFTER DARK
