St Tropez 301 is a see facing unit, situated on Beach Road, on the Strand Golden Mile, 35 min drive from Cape Town and Cape Town International Airport. The spacious and comfortable apartment has a lovely sea view across False Bay from Table Mountain to Hangklip in the South. The sparkling sunny Golden Mile swimmimg beach stretches for 5 km along the shores and offers opportunities for various watersport or leisure activities. The apartment is fully equipped for selfcatering and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It is ideally situated for daytrips on wine routes, hikes, angling or whale watching along False Bay. The apartment offers a safe and relaxing stay for 4 adults, offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine as well as a comfortable lounge with DSTV and Wifi.
