The neighbourhood is upmarket and safe. Centrally located. All the highlights in and around Cape Town within reach (not more than 20-30 min drive) On the doorstep of the spectacular Durbanville Winelands ! Shop till you drop at the best shopping Malls in Cape Town! (minutes away)
