It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted.

Please note that a full payment is processed when the booking is made.

This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.

Please contact the resort in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on a Sunday/Public holidays.

Please note that the resort cannot guarantee villas, suites or chalets booked are located close to one another.

The use of braai’s (barbecues) is restricted to accommodations where the facility is provided at the unit itself.

Due to a Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak affecting South Africa, additional biosecurity measures are in place at the resort, to ensure the health of the animals on our reserve. All guests are therefore asked to do their part in helping us keep this well managed, by agreeing to have vehicle tires sprayed with a non-corrosive disinfectant and to walk over a disinfectant mat on arrival. These measures help prevent the spread of the disease and protect the animals on the property

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A damage deposit of ZAR 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
