Growing up in the family business I have 25 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. My love for hosting started at an early age and developed into a passion I live for. Before my Father passed away he created this Piece of Paradise for us at the most Tranquil, Scenic location 6km from the Cango Caves outside of Oudtshoorn. We decided to share this Piece of Paradise with our guests and have developed it into one of the best spots in the Klein Karoo. When visiting us, you can expect a great stay with lots of nature and love we also have lots of farm animals to entertain you. Manager lives on the property.

Set on your way to the Cango Caves, this beautiful property is situated along a river stream with 4 natural rock pools. A hiking trails takes you into the mountains were 2 of these rock pools can be used for swimming or fishing. The other 2 pools are situated along the units were you can kayak or swim. Nature and Tranquility awaits you in this beautiful piece of paradise. Please note Farm animals and dogs live on the property!!

Cango Retreat is situated 21 km outside Oudtshoorn on the R328 just 6km from the famous Cango Caves. The magnificent property is situated along the banks of the Grobbelaars River, tucked away under massive willow trees offering visitors the ultimate mountain retreat where you can escape the pace and drudgery of city life. Cars can access our property easily. Farm animals and dogs live on the property!!
