This spacious holiday home offers open plan living areas downstairs that flows out to a breakfast terrace on the front and poolside terrace to the side with a fenced pool area with loungers and umbrella, there is also barbeque facilities with a coal weber and wood burning braai. A bar area is behind the lounge with bar fridge to stock all your drinks, the living room has a flat screen TV and full satellite channels, the dining area can seat up to 12 people, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and ironing facilites. Downstairs is a guest loo and upstairs is another 2 bathrooms. Should you be more than six people, there is a further separate guest room en-suite across the main entrance. The garden is fully fenced for childrens safety. A brand new large deck has been built and leads off one of the bedrooms and offers plenty of space to sunbathe or relax in the sun. A double carport provides secure covered parking for 2 vehicles. A short walk to the lagoon and local market, 2km from any local beaches and central to the Garden Route in the Cape makes this an ideal holiday home. Relax by the pool, barbeque or picnic or visit local attractions, the choice is yours!
