WedgeView is owned and hosted by Dave & Anouk Bakker who emigrated from The Netherlands beginning of 2007 to start a new life with their young family in South Africa. Dave and Anouk have got 3 children, Stijn, Ties and Puck.

WedgeView Country House & Spa is located on a one hectare plot just outside the picturesque and historic town of Stellenbosch, where the luxury of a five-star hotel mingles with the exclusivity of a private country residence. Your hosts Dave and Anouk Bakker, together with the WedgeView team, will look after you and will also welcome your business meeting or other events. With 18 Luxurious individually decorated Rooms and Suites, 2 pools, expansive garden, Spa and breath-taking views of the surrounding vineyards and Stellenbosch mountains, WedgeView Country House & Spa is the perfect holiday retreat. The Spa boasts a Sauna, Steam Room and small but well equipped Gym. Enjoy a work out with views over the Stellenbosch Kloof Vineyards!

WedgeView is located in the Stellenbosch suburb of Vlottenburg, approx. 7 km out of town and is 360 degrees surrounded by vineyards and working farms. It is exactly between the Polkadraai and the well known Stellenbosch Kloof with famous wineries like De Waal Wine Estate, with the oldest Pinotage Block of the country, Overgauw, De Morgenzon and Jordan Wine Estate with The Restaurant at Jordan, one of the Top Restaurants of South Africa.
