Located on 2 acres of indigenous gardens at the foot of the Hottentots Holland Mountain range, Wind-Rose Guest House offers luxury accommodations in a natural sanctuary. It features an outdoor pool and free WiFi. All guest rooms feature king-size beds, air conditioning and hot drink facilities. The rooms also all have a seating area with sofa bed, and a balcony or patio offering views of False Bay with Table Mountain in the background. Located on almost one hectare of beautiful, landscaped indigenous gardens including a swimming pool. Wind-Rose offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of City life, while still being close enough to enjoy all the best that the “Mother City” has to offer. The Guest House is centrally located in an area that offers restaurants, beaches, horseback riding, bird watching, hiking trails, deep sea fishing, water skiing, diving, whale watching and wine tasting. Our recreational room opens to an outdoor area with a grill, where our guests can enjoy a traditional South African braai and socialize with friends in our informal lounge area while enjoying cool drinks. Our motto is: Relax, Enjoy, Unwind

We love to go on holiday ourselves. When we do we want to relax but also see something of the suroundings. That is why we always go to a place where it's quite but also gives possibilities to do things like hiking, biking, go the the beach or go to a village. For that reason we chose the Wind-Rose. Now we are on holiday every day.

Our guesthouse is very centrally located in a very safe environment. Cape Town, Hermanus, the wine region and everything in between, can be reached easily and often within an hour from our guesthouse. Gordons Bay offers various attractions and entertainment options. Gordons Bay, for example, has the highest "blue flag" award for its beach. In addition to the beach, bars and restaurants (a 5-minute drive away), there is much more to do in the immediate area such as horse riding, bird watching, hiking, fishing, water skiing, diving but of course whale watching (in season) and wine tasting. We are happy to tell you what else there is to see in the area!
