Our property/listing is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a living room and kitchen. It accommodates up to 3 adult guests and is specifically designed for those seeking an authentic, ordinary Zambian neighbourhood experience. The home is simply and basically furnished, providing a functional space for your stay. It is perfect for travellers who appreciate a local, real-life atmosphere. We have a solar backup system that supports essential lights and services (usage dependent) during electricity outages. We also provide a portable gas stove for quick meal preparation only. To ensure your privacy, we do not provide daily housekeeping. Free cleaning is provided only occasionally. Between those times, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the home, ensuring the property is well cared for.

We are located on a gravel road approximately 80 metres from the main tarred road, 300 metres from Lusaka Apex Medical University, 8 km from Lusaka’s Central Business District, and 25 km from Kenneth Kaunda International Airport. The property is easily accessible by public buses and metered taxis. Within our community, you'll find a variety of amenities, including churches, fuel stations, community shopping malls, and local shops (Hungry Lion, Nando's, Debonair's, Shoprite, Choppies, Cheers, Coffee shop etc). For your transportation needs, you can easily access public buses, located just 80 meters from our home. Alternatively, you can book a metered taxi from the comfort of your room using mobile apps. Additionally, there are several food delivery apps and specific restaurants that offer delivery services in the area for your convenience.
