We leave nothing to the inconvenience of the client and provide a fully serviced form of accommodation that includes: Daily housekeeping, laundry, a full bouquet of DSTV services, maid services, electricity, generators services, servicing of towels, linen, soap and shampoo, and not forgetting a fully equipped kitchen is provided free of charge. This is truly your best form of short and long term accommodation facility for corporate, executives and tourist. We seek to welcome you in the utmost professional manner.

Fallsway Suites is located very centrally in Massmedia, one of the new upcoming areas in Lusaka. In the last three years the whole of Massmedia and Thabo Mbeki Road (Going towards Arcades and East Park shopping malls) have seen a significant uplift. Fallsway Suites is a small 5 minute drive from Arcades and East Park shopping malls. Closely located is the ZNBC Complex, UN Complex, Multichoice head offices, and various other residential buildings.
