A fully solar powered serene single level private home in gated community. You have the entire 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home to yourself in a private fenced with private swimming pool, 3 car parking, back up generator in addition to solar power and a water tank to ensure no disruption to water and electricity. A solar powered hot water tank is included. Hosted with your comfort and wellness in mind, this home offers air conditioning and en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom. Cable TV is available in both the primary bedroom and the living room. Cleaning service is available and a washing machine is included for laundry needs at your convenience. The large backyard provides a serene outdoor space with a dining table and chairs enclosed in a mosquito net making this space usable on those cool evenings.

Entertainment & Experiences Kalimba Reptile Park is 5 minutes’ drive from Emerald Hill. It features a family friendly play park, swimming pool and restaurant and offers water activities such as fishing. Zuli Pub & Grill (formerly Papa Joes restaurant & Bar) is located across the road right outside the Emerald Hill Estate gate. It offers a food and craft market on the last Saturday of the month. East Park Mall is 26 minutes away and offers a wide array of multicuisine restaurants and cafes. There is plenty of parking and lots of shops and supermarkets for a delightful shopping experience as well as nighttime entertainment. Transport: Ride share is available through the Yango which you can download to request a ride. Payment in local currency via mobile money or cash. We recommend that you provide exact payment or close to it. Kenneth Kaunda International Airport is only 26mins (21kms) away, best route via Ngwerere Road. Security: Emerald Hill has 24-hour security on the premises
