The property is part of the main residential dwelling but privately enclosed and detached. Access to the apartment is through the main entrance. Located 200m from Sakae paradise resort. There is access to a swimming pool, gym equipment. CCTV and alarms system is installed on the property. The apartments are fitted with Solar, Wifi, Gas geyser, Gas stove and refrigerator.

Couple resides in the main residence. Husband is a professional Quantity Surveyor and the wife manages a private school. Both semi retired enjoying piece and quite that the neighborhood offers.

Serene neighborhood close to Musekese Park and Sekae Paradise Resort at the edge of State Lodge accessible by tarmac and 150m of gravel road.
