For us, this was a unique experience. Spacious, well-equipped villa with touchable view on a affordable price. We loved it even if the facility clearly saw better days. Upon closer look, you can see the history and attempts to adjust it to modern days - we would be very happy to see a printed overview of history of the villa.

The location was a 20 min drive or short train from Koblenz. Super clean, large and comfortable. It is the old train station that is still in use (very convenient for backpackers and plenty of parking). The trains are very quiet, in fact the entire building with multiple units was quiet. I didn't know other people were even there until we were checking out. The apartment was well appointed with lots of extra's from a welcome gift, extra spices and coffee to extra toiletries in case you forgot something. Nettle grocery nearby. Plus, the Christmas decorations were tasteful and appreciated, it made the place homey.
