Nice building, welcoming staff and clean hotel.

Do not miss the moring tour, it was the highlight of our trip. Food was great. We used their transfer service to Delhi it was great and very fast and reliable. would throughly recommend.

The only recommendation I have is to improve the buffet dinner. I found the food to be extremely oily. Service was also lacking focus. There were lots of servers running around but no one person seemed responsible for my table. In taste, it was good but not exceptional. Your breakfast offerings were exceptional and service at breakfast beyond match. Much better than what I experienced at the dinner time.

Rooms are beautiful and The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well cared for. The breakfast specially bread omlette and stuff parthas were delicious, well-prepared, a delightful variety that everyone enjoyed even the kids.

Breakfast was amazing and the helpfulness and attitude of staff were very warm and accommodating.

Breakfast spread was quite good and the restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive. Would like to make a special mention of Sharda. Would also like to thank Sanjana at the reception - she made a Whatsapp group with our group and was the single point of contact for all issues, which she was very prompt in resolving.

Aaj maine is hotel me stay kiya aur overall experience kaafi achha raha. Rooms clean aur well-maintained the, beds comfortable the aur ambience bhi kaafi relaxing tha. Staff ka behaviour bhi bahut polite aur helpful tha — check-in se lekar check-out tak sab kuch smoothly ho gaya. Food ki baat karein to taste bhi kaafi achha tha, especially breakfast options fresh aur tasty the. Service thodi slow thi peak time me, lekin quality ne usko cover kar diya. Location bhi convenient hai, aas-paas sab basic facilities easily mil jaati hain. Overall, agar aap ek comfortable aur peaceful stay chahte hain to ye hotel definitely consider kar sakte hain. 👍

This is an amazing palace with a rich history. Staying here is like becoming royalty. much attention is given to staff training and continuity. Everyone is lovely, the room delightful and wonderful food and beverage.

The staff. They are extremely well trained and hospitable. Taking care of the guests with genuine kindness and respect was something that would get me back here to this palace. From the hostess to front desk to other staff at the palace…..all were efficient 👍
