SERENE ENVIRONMENT ; VERY HOSPITABLE STAFF

I stayed at Cocobay for 4 days and have had by far the best experience at any resort I've stayed at. We had to take a boat to the resort which definitely adds to the experience of a 'getaway', and the resort is fairly secluded and facing the water, leading to unparalleled serenity. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful, warm and always at our disposal, truly committed to making our stay exceptional in any way. Raymond and Surya who manage the property offered us a warm welcome and ensured all our needs were catered to. Anandu, Wajid and Dinesh took care of all our dining needs and were extremely warm, considerate and thoughtful - I have to say that it truly felt like we were the only guests at the resort looking at the attention to detail and the level of care! The food was incredibly delicious, arguably some of the best food I've had in Kerala, and the level of service just knocked it out of the park! The property itself is incredibly beautiful and is meant to encourage people to unwind and relax. There are several amenities like the ability to book a houseboat or shikara that picks you up right from the rest, a variety of ayurvedic massages, and of course the pool right below the palm trees, facing the water. The property is smaller than some of the other resorts in Kumarakom, but that is part of the charm since there are fewer people and it truly allows you to disconnect, along with the service being highly personalized. If you're looking to unwind, looking for some peace and quiet, connect with nature and be spoiled with the level of service - I highly recommend Cocobay. I will definitely come again, and cannot say enough good things about this place!

Perfect for peaceful stay. Location is bit remote with narrow roads, yet complete entertainment. Captured Backwater’s beauty and wilderness in the monsoon season.. in the evening water level was increased and roads were under water, even the resort entrance gate.. we enjoyed walking through the water..

Lake Canopy provided a sanctuary towards the end of our three week adventure through India. We wish we spent more time here soaking in the surrounding areas. There was so much to do within the resort that was enjoyed by us and our children. The staff were incredibly friendly, accomodating and approachable. The rooms were spacious, the facilities were impeccable and beds comfy!

The grounds were lovely. It was quiet and serene. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Happy to arrange excursions and transportation.

Absolutely exquisite Indian deco Congratulations! The staff are super kind , they even delivered a packed breakfast as we were leaving early. The property is peaceful and really with an amazing taste. The bathroom is sooo beautiful, big and had delicate attentions and flowers . You can take a bike and go around and feel the lives of the neighbors.

This is a fantastic homestay for anyone looking for an affordable stay near the beach. The view is stunning, and the host, Emmanuel, was exceptional. He provided delicious homemade meals for breakfast and dinner and even helped us arrange a scooter to explore the city. He is incredibly helpful and accommodating, ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are clean, cozy, and perfect only for two people. Plus, there's a private beach where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Thank you, Emmanuel, for making our stay unforgettable!

Me and my 2 adult children were there for one week first then we extended our stay for one more week.The staff were very nice to us .The location is very good.The security persons were very helpful to get auto or taxi. Also they have car with driver if you request at the reception.The restaurant and their room service is very good too .The food was very delicious.They have a club ,gym, pool ,and football court for the local customers too.The laundry service was good too.Over all we had a nice 2 weeks safe stay there.
