Location is perfect and the staff are perfect. The tubs are beautiful. The inside of the building is beautiful and clean.

The staff are very polite and helpful. We received free vending machine drink tokens for each night of our stay. The room size was great, bigger than usual Japanese hotel rooms. The onsen was a big plus, was nice to soak after each day. The included breakfast was very good, a little different each day with was nice. A variety of restaurants along the street, all walkable distance and there is also a Lawson convenience store just outside too.
