So so so beautiful and the staff was amazing only stayed for a night before heading off to my next location but would definitely stay another night to explore Hakone. Tried new foods I normally wouldn’t eat as well which was a great experience as well 🙂‍↕️

The host was so nice and caring, did everything to make us feel comfortable and dedicated his time and effort to help us with anything. We loved using the private onsen (there were a few) every evening after a long day. The area is very nice and we took the free bikes for a ride around the lake, in front of mount fuji. The bus station is a- 15 min walk but we managed! Overall we had a really great stay, and we would come there again if we ever come back to Japan!

The place was big enough for two people. There was everything I needed for my short stay. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. The self check-in was very convenient and the host was very responsive by message. Our room was ready a bit earlier than the check-in time, which was appreciated. The place was very clean. I would definitely stay again if I come back to Tokyo and want to be close to Shinjuku

We loved everything about this house. It's four bedroom house with very comfortable futons on the tatami, a very nice kitchen and bathroom. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Kaisei department store and about a 20 minute walk to Mito Station. It has free parking for a rental car, too.

Hiro was freindly, communicative and helpful and his house is well set up for guests. We were there in winter. It would be lovely to stay in Spring or Summer and see the garden.
