I admit... I didn't know this was a love hotel when I booked it, just because I had never stayed in one before and didn't recognize it. That said, it was alright! It was different that you have to call the front desk from your room when you want to leave, since the door locks and only the staff can open it. I had learned just enough Japanese on my travels to ask to leave the room, and then tell the lady my room number when I returned. I don't think they speak English, so have a translation app ready if you don't speak Japanese and choose to stay here. The location was great! The lady at the desk was super friendly. The tub was GREAT. I didn't run into any couples, so nothing was awkward. Good value if you can adjust to the unique...environment.

I’ve had the opportunity to stay there a few times now and the overall value and service keep bringing my girlfriend and I back there because it is constantly located with lots of amenities.

the check in time is 9PM for the "all day menu" that i reserved because it meant you could already stay at room at day time.

The host very kind , pick up us at the bus stop. Helping us carrying our heavy luggage . Arrange our check out with call the taxi . Very kind & humble person .

There's absolutely nothing to dislike about The Westin Yokohama. The staff are phenomenal. The included breakfast is delectable, and the dinner at any of the restaurants is artful and savory. My room is spacious with everything I would need and has an amazing view of the city and port. Aya Enomoto, who performed my deep tissue massage and facial, is a master of her craft. I have had many massages and facials before, but the one I received from her was amazing! This place was home away from home for a few days, and above all, it really did feel "heavenly." Thank you so much for providing exceptional quality and care to make my first time in Japan more memorable. Wonderful people work here. ❤️
