Beautiful, picturesque stay in the mountains of Sapporo. The staff were professional and organized, allowing us to stay in their lobby with a scenic view of the snow, river, and mountains while we waited for check in. We were provided with local snacks and drinks and our room was ready 30 minutes early. The dinner was delicious and well-portioned, favorites being the steamed rockfish and pumpkin brûlée. Staff were attentive throughout the meal and offered to refill our rice whenever we were out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylish. We booked the suite with a private onsen and it was wonderful to soak and watch the snow fall outside. The staff also helped us reserve our taxi to the airport after check out and the overall process was very smooth.

The location is great, we could walk most places and the onsen was amazing! It’s an older building but the staff keep very good care of everything. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I hope we can be back soon!

I had a fantastic stay at Jozankei View Hotel! The highlight is definitely the views—whether you are standing at the entrance, looking out from your room, or soaking in the open-air hot spring bath, the scenery is breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the river. ​The food was also a major plus. Both dinner and breakfast offered a variety of Japanese cuisine with so many choices. It is excellent value for the money and I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The location is great for those wanting peace and quiet. Kitchenette, fridge, kettle are great amenities. Great shower pressure and hot water. We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Parking on premises.

Modern and Spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. Only provide high chairs for dining table. Overall the place is well kept & clean except the washing machine which they put in the bathtub!!!!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were helpful and attentive, the breakfast buffet was incredible and the onsen was so peaceful and clean. The view from the room was incredible. The location is very convenient as it's right over the station and you can walk to all the main sites.
