I really loved the entire room that we booked! The interior design of the hotel has a modern Japanese vibe which I really love. The room was beyond our expectations as well, it was clean and all the things we needed were already provided. This is the best place to stay in Otaru, it's right in the Sakaimachi area and really nearby the Music Box Museum. The staff are so nice by the way! 🥰😍

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were helpful and attentive, the breakfast buffet was incredible and the onsen was so peaceful and clean. The view from the room was incredible. The location is very convenient as it's right over the station and you can walk to all the main sites.

Beautiful, picturesque stay in the mountains of Sapporo. The staff were professional and organized, allowing us to stay in their lobby with a scenic view of the snow, river, and mountains while we waited for check in. We were provided with local snacks and drinks and our room was ready 30 minutes early. The dinner was delicious and well-portioned, favorites being the steamed rockfish and pumpkin brûlée. Staff were attentive throughout the meal and offered to refill our rice whenever we were out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylish. We booked the suite with a private onsen and it was wonderful to soak and watch the snow fall outside. The staff also helped us reserve our taxi to the airport after check out and the overall process was very smooth.

Miru Niseko, is located an 8-minute drive from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village Ski Resort.

The staff is so nice and proactively help me to arrange pick up and drop off. Sent me the JR train timetable. Arranged driver to pick me up from station. Allow me to send the luggage before arrival. Hotel shuttle is so convenient. Japanese room is so cosy and clean. Very good value with such amazing services in Niseko Hirafu area.
