A very cozy cabin away from the city. Everything was clean. The onsen temps were easy to figure out. If I'm in the area again, I'd stay for 2 nights instead of 1.

My family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights, and it was our favorite place of the five places we had stayed so far. The house was more spacious than we expected, with plenty of room to sleep and relax. The kitchen was very useful. Our boy loved the kids room. The restroom has two toilet rooms with modern appliance. Our girls loved the bathroom sink area with large mirrors and chairs. We did laundry. The private onsen was especially great, with shower area, indoor tub and outdoor tub, all easy to use. The outdoor area was terrific and overlooks the ocean. The design is such that you only hear the ocean on that side of the house. The sauna was great for one or two people. The location is good for that side of the island, close to a few restaurants, the marine park, and geothermal vents and caldera lake. We would definitely return.

Absolutely gorgeous location, and the dinner was incredibly delicious, an entire experience.

Offering a bar, Ame no Hi to Yuyake-Adult Only offers accommodations in Chitose. This 4-star ryokan offers a garden. Tomakomai Station is 16 miles from the ryokan.

Staff was amazingly friendly. Food was delicious and able to accommodate for dietary restrictions. The dinners are beautiful and gives a great view of the sunset across the lake.

Breakfast was great, lots of options, even for vegetarians. The hot spring facility was also good, and open almost 24/7... staff were really nice, didn't speak English much, but it felt more authentic, we were the only foreigners in the hotel during our stay...

Our family had an amazing time in this hotel. Buffet breakfast and dinner are included and are delicious. The onsen is amazing and the clothing the hotel provides to walk around is extremely convenient. We went on a skiing vacation and drove to Rusutsu every day (about 30 min drive) and didn't expect to enjoy the hotel as much as we did. In the end, it was as memorable as the skiing.
