Excellent stay. the location was perfect close to the ski resort just a short walk away. The host was incredibly welcoming and even cooked amazing meals for us. Everything was so tasty! Friendly atmosphere and truly memorable experience.

It was warm and very nice. It also was very nice interior, and we appreciate the extremely warm welcome by the owner of the property. There is also a private So-Ra (hot bath) available for booking

The staff, ease of the location to restaurants, fairly easy to the lifts, rental facility on property, ski lockers with boot warmers, onsen/pool, restaurant. Rachel especially was very hospitable remembering our name after just one meeting. The front desk was very accommodating when we requested for a late check out as our son fell ill and was able to rest until our departure in the comfort of the room.

The staff is so nice and proactively help me to arrange pick up and drop off. Sent me the JR train timetable. Arranged driver to pick me up from station. Allow me to send the luggage before arrival. Hotel shuttle is so convenient. Japanese room is so cosy and clean. Very good value with such amazing services in Niseko Hirafu area.

The room was spacious, warm and very clean. You have a microwave, a kettle, Tv and a small fridge big enough for 1-2 people. The bathroom is big and spacious. The most important is the owner and his wife. They are absolutely amazing people. They helped me when my car broke down and they arranged everything for me with the rental company. They went the extra mile always with a smile. I don’t speak much Japanese and without their help it would have been hell. They treated me like family, not just only a customer, and that really touched my heart.

Service was excellent! Staff went above and beyond for us! They stopped us off and picked us up at the ski resorts! They had great food recommendations and were so easy to communicate with. They set up airport and luggage transfers. The onsite onsens were great after a long day of skiing! I will only stay here when coming to Niseko and would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Niseko!!

Great location, close to all food and mountain

I didn't really know what to expect going in. Hirafu's an expensive place to stay in January, and this was one of the more affordable options with a decent rating when I booked. I was concerned about how difficult it would be to work around the limited reception hours for day of arrival and departure, but this was not a problem at all. The front desk staff was 100% fluent in English and was very easy to deal with. I especially appreciated that they offered pickup and dropoff service from/to the bus station and for making it seamless for me to store my bags, shower, and return my rental equipment on day of departure - thanks to Daisy for facilitating everything via Whatsapp. The location was decent - about a 15-20 min walk to the gondola, but there was also a shuttle stop half a block away. The room was clean, cozy, and pleasant.

We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.
