Hotels with Hot tubs in Katakai

Very nice little house with all amenities including a dishwasher! The location is really great, right next to a 7/11 and 2 mins drive (maybe 10mins walk?) from Katakai beach. Especially at night the area is very quiet and peaceful and even during the daytime not too much traffic passes outside. Kujukuri has all necessary shops and of course the great beach. Just to be sure, to visit the smaller/local/specialty shops early as they close earlier (around 6:00 pm). Some 20 mins away by car you can find Togane and Naruto which are essentially 1 town (or so it seems, I really couldn't tell where one ends and the other starts) with a multitude of shopping venues such as supermarkets, farmers market, Uniqlo, 3(!) big fishing stores within 5 km, a Megadonky as well as lots of restaurants along the main road. Both Naruto and Togane have JR stations. Narita Airport took close to 1.5 hours to reach in the morning as there was lots of traffic, so plan ample of time especially if you have to return a rental car. The house feels very airy and spacious, the beds are comfortable (although low, only slightly elevated) and you have to climb stairs to get to them. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample dishes, pots, pans, knives etc. One of the highlights of the house is the spacious garden with deck and the pool which is really great if it is hot as it is unheated. You can have a barbeque outdoors and even when there is sun or rain you can sit under the pavilion. In a small cabinet a the entrance various cleaning products, dishwasher tabs and house slippers are provided. Before arrival, Aki, the host, provided all necessary information, e.g. key box lock code, recycling/garbage info, etc., as well as grocery store other shopping information and restaurants which was really helpful. Around Kujukuri you can find a lot greenery, (farms, small forests, rice paddies, canals....) and you can really enjoy the peaceful Chiba country side.

The house was clean, easy to access and very close to the beach. I like the decoration in the common room and the backyard. The staff was supportive and very nice. We had great time relaxing at this place.
