We reserved the free shuttle service in advance from Gora Station, which was very convenient. The staff at the ryokan were very kind and helped explain some sightseeing routes in the area. There is also a 7-Eleven and a sushi restaurant nearby, which made it easy to get food. Considering the price, I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Great property. With two onsen style baths and a pool there made it easy to enjoy. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy hanging out on the deck and use the BBQ and gourmet kitchen. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The property is a short but hilly walk to the Yumoto Hakone station with a number of restaurants close by to enjoy and close to transport to the sites of Hakone.

Hakone Suimeiso is located a 3-minute walk from Hakone Yumoto Station and a 15-minute walk from Sounji Temple. It offers public hot-spring baths, free parking on site and free Wi-Fi access.
