Excellent. Clean , comfortable and good location

Beautiful apartment close to train and shopping. The grocery store located in the nearby mall was convenient. We traveled with our adult son and his family. 4 adults and one 12 year old child. We all slept comfortably and loved the luxurious bath rooms. It was an easy place to stay in order to travel north from Omiya station the next day

The host is super friendly, the house is clean and cozy. Equipped with all necessary things such as a washing machine, iron, extra umbrellas, etc. I recommend it!

The host is extremely nice and a good conversationalist. She keeps her home very very clean. The bathroom was very nice, with a shower and a warm bath tub. The restroom was fancy to me, compared to the other toilets around japan. The rooms are very nice, one has a full desk and the other a nice sized coffee table. A small tv, fridge, and microwave are provided. There is a Don Quijote about 6 train stops down the line and non-touristy restaurants and shops in the area to visit if you are ok with walking long distances. It's at the very end of the Toei Subway-Mita Line which is both convenient and also not convenient depending on time and where you are going.

Place was clean and accessible to trains

We are neither travelers nor researchers, so we had no idea what we were doing when we rented this place, we just needed somewhere to hold our junk for the second of our two week trip while we explored more of Japan, but It was so much more space than I was expecting andthe clothes machine was a major plus! We were blown away by how nice it was and are definitely going back again! Area was pretty quiet, mattresses were softer than the rest we stayed at and having all those amenities together made it the best stay of our 6 places in Japan.
