The staff made this stay so so wonderful! The best experience in Sri Lanka- Thushal went out of his way to ensure I had late checkout and was comfortable. This hotel was the end of our holiday and I regret not spending more time here! Food is phenomenal. The rooms are clean with beautiful views of the beach and the most spectacular sunsets

Very lovely hotel located in the center of Negombo right on the beach. Rooms are nicely decorated and fully equipped. Late afternoon I was surprised with a fruit platter that was send free of charge to the guest room. This felt so welcoming. The staff, especially the front office staff and the guest relation lady, is super kind and helpful.

Gorgeous serene property - like a little piece of a paradise. Clean, lush, and comfortable. Every dish I ate was delicious, and beautifully prepared. Lovely attentive staff and twice daily yoga! Ayurveda services were incredible to top it off!

Neat and tiny rooms, good breakfast

Breakfast is excellent. Staff are friendly and always there to provide assistance. Rooms are clean. The garden is beautiful. Location is very good for beach walking and easy access to many restaurants. We have a very happy 3 night stay.

Very nice little pool and garden, quiet location yet only a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Basic but comfortable room. Kind and helpful staff, though they deferred any questions about things like late check out to be asked through booking.com messaging. But this communication method worked reasonably well.

Spacious room and bathroom and the location of the place was central. Owner kindly offered tea and coffee in the morning. Perfect spot to see the beaches
