Great, friendly staff and manager and pool was amazing. Location is amazing. Manager is clearly there present and giving clear instructions to all staff how to do 5 star operation. Will come back. Hopefully the prices will not go up.

Accommodation here, although basic provides all necessary amenities including comfortable bed, good wifi, brand new safe, clean bathroom and room. What puts this hotel over the top is the staff and proximity to food and entertainment. The staff is extremely polite and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. All my return trips to Pattaya find me booking at Dynasty Inn!

Everything - the location was amazing (within walking distance to the beach and Terminal 21), the room was clean and very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty.

Hotel J Pattaya exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious with a comfy bed and great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, I'd definitely stay here again!

Everything's okay I like this hotel

Location was in a quiet area, which is why I have stayed here 4 times, but not far at all from the hustle and bustle which we liked. Best of both worlds. The pool was always nice and quiet too with big c a 2 minute walk. Apartment was great and spacious for us 3, all kitchen utensils and a balcony to relax in. Our host was amazing who arranged a taxi from the airport to pick us up and then arranged our return taxi.

The size of the room was fine with the old furniture

Room was a amazing really comfortable so big cleaned Dailey kitchen had everything bed big comfortable slept like a baby which is unusual for me when staying away from. Staff couldn’t do enough so helpful friendly and professional I will definitely return 👍🏼

Very private. It is in a very good area whereas where there's plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping etc. It only takes an averaged of 2-5 minutes for taxis to arrive.

Very clean and nice place, the owner was respectful and honest.
