Super clean, royal ambience, you feel like royalty because the staff treats you like one. The food was delicious and to die for! Chef Suneel came out to greet at every meal and took our requests personally. Lillian ensured our stay was well cared for, anything we needed she was more than happy to help. The breakfasts were amazing, new theme each day and they went above and beyond for everything. I felt like I was in paradise! I would not stay anywhere else but here.

Excellent host-Ramona was very helpful and made sure we are comfortable. The campus is huge and open. Has a top terrace to chill out with a beer. Carlos was also great. He even washed our car which was very dusty(we went to beach and come back, surprise, the car was washed) Got the whole kitchen for ourselves. Got spices and even coffee powder from their kitchen. Beach was walking distance and a convenience store run by Masai near by who also exchanged $ for the same price as in city; villagers were not trying to exploit you. They all were friendly. Definitely liked the property and recommended.

This place is a unique gem. We researched so much and we chose Konami because of the amazing comments, and what a great choice we made! Those 6 days were the best of our Christmas trip, beautiful garden, great pool and super nice rooms. Really like the dining area and food was amazing. We will come back for sure, kids really loved it there! thanks to the whole team!

The place is very-well done including all the details - it feels like paradise on Earth. Also all the staff were very nice and accommodating!

Absolutely incredible location. The all inclusive package was truly a deal. Excellent value for money. The resort even provided my son with a child’s bike he could ride around the resort. We only had one small issue and was resolved immediately and a complimentary massage was given as an apology. Absolutely beautiful from start to finish. We will be back (and we never say that 😊).
